Clearfield grew alongside Hill Air Force Base, which stretches along the city's eastern border. Today it's a practical, well-connected community with established neighborhoods, a FrontRunner station and major employment centers nearby.
The Freeport Center, a former naval supply depot, is now a major hub for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, and the Legend Hills office area sits just off I-15. For many buyers, Clearfield offers a central location between Ogden and Salt Lake City.
